Low sugar chocolate dip, low fat with Sukrin Gold

Healthy chocolate dip with banana to dunk. Yum! Sukrin Gold is used here to make this dip sugar-free, but no less delicious. To keep the carbs low, dip strawberries instead. Thanks to Natalie from Balanced Being for this great idea.

 

Ingredients

  • Warm the almond milk and blend with the other dry ingredients with a small whisk until the Sukrin has melted
     

  • Pour into a nice small pot and place in the fridge until cold
     

  • Take the banana out of the freezer 20 minutes before serving to melt slightly, once the chocolate dip is cooled

 

Instruction

1 medium ripe/overripe frozen banana (remove the skin and pop in a freezer bag
1 tablespoon of raw Cacao power
1 tablespoon of hot almond milk (add slightly more if you prefer a more fluid consistency)
1 tablespoon of Pea Protein Isolate
1 tablespoon of Sukrin Granulated
