Sukrin High-Protein American Pancakes, sugar-free with Sukrin Almond Flour and Sukrin:1
Very very simple, the Sukrin Almond Flour adds a delicious unique nuttiness that makes the pancakes really special. Add some Sukrin Fibrefine for a boost of extra beneficial fibre. Obviously delicious with all of the usual naughty toppings, but we’ve lately been sweetening zero fat Greek yoghurt with Sukrin sweeteners (all will work) for decadence without the bad bit!! Lovely for brunch.
Healthier version of an old favorite! Whisk eggs and Sukrin:1 together in a bowl and add or buttermilk and melted butter.
Mix all the dry ingredients and stir well into a lump-free batter.
Fry at medium temperature in a dry frying pan or on a griddle. Serve with berries and some light sour cream or plain yogurt.
