Sukrin Sugar Free Blueberry Crumble, high protein with Sukrin Almond Flour and Sukrin Gold
This is simplicity itself and is a brilliant example of how you can make healthier family favourites with Sukrin health foods, and nobody will be able to tell the difference!! This can be varied by adding different chopped nuts, or perhaps dessicated coconut, to the crumble, and by using different fruits as they come into season, strawberry and rhubarb combined make a lovely version, or a winter version with apples, pears and soaked dried fruits like fig or apricot. Delicious!
Mix together the dry topping ingredients, and stir in the coconut oil. Fill your baking dish with the blueberries, and sprinkle over the Sukrin sweetener and cornflour or tapioca flour.
Cover loosely with foil and bake for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and allow to brown for a few minutes more.
