Sukrin Low sugar oaty chocolate bites, high protein with Sukrin Almond Flour and Sukrin Gold
These are so simple to make, and really as delicious as any truffle whilst being a lot healthier for you. Great as a snack after a workout, with a healthy dose of protein from the almond flour and oats, and good fats from the coconut oil.
Dissolve the coffee in 4 tablespoons of boiling water. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl (you can also use a food processor).
Form the dough into bite-sized balls and roll in shredded coconut or chopped nuts. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
