Sugar-Free and Low-Carb with Sukrin Gold

Make a sugar-free `brown sugar` meringue with Sukrin Gold. This meringue is soft in the centre and tastes delicious paired with fruit and cream.

Prep time: 15 min Cook time: 40-60 min Yield: 6-8 servings


  • 4 Large egg whites

  • 90g Sukrin Gold

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/4 tsp cream of tartar

  • 1/8 tsp salt


  • GM 1-2/250F/130C
  • Combine all in a stand mixer on medium high, until medium stiff and glossy.
  • Spoon onto lined baking sheets, will make 8 large meringues.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, swap the baking sheets around, reduce oven to 100C and bake a further 20 minutes until crisp and the tips are starting to brown.
  • Turn the oven off and leave until cold, preferably overnight.
