Some really simple Free-From sesame seeded burger buns with Sukrin Bread Mix, easy to make and quick to bake. The sesame seeds add that authentic burger bun touch: try
other seeds such as poppy, flax, black sesame, or a mixture. Then fill with what you like!! Preheat the oven to 200ºc.
Beat the egg whites until stiff. Put the water and egg yolks in a bowl, add the bread mix and stir. Fold in the egg whites.
Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and form flat buns with fingers dipped in cold water.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake for 10 - 15 minutes.
