Sukrin Low-carb Cheese and walnut bread, egg, yeast, sugar, gluten and wheat free with Sukrin Bread Mix
Simply by adding some cheese and walnuts, our low carb bread mix is transformed into something even more decadent and yummy. Sliced thinly and served on it’s own, or naughtily with cheese and chutney, it’s a really satisfying low-carb treat, and a little goes a long way. Try other nuts: pine nuts and pecans work well, as do different cheeses such as blue cheese and hard goats cheese. By using these additions you are ringing the changes without adding the carbs.
Preheat the oven to 175ºc, Gas Mark 4
Mix the dry bread mix with the nuts and cheese, add the water and leave to
thicken for 3 minutes.
Put the dough in the baking pan included, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake at the bottom of the oven for 70 minutes.
