Sukrin Low-carb Poppy Seed Rolls, egg, yeast, sugar, gluten and wheat free with Sukrin Bread Mix

Our gluten, yeast, soy and egg free bread mix tastes delicious enriched with cream cheese. The resulting rolls are even softer and more substantial than regular Sukrin Bread, and adding cream cheese makes the mix go further too. You can make a whole 8 rolls here, more than a week's worth of lunches! Lovely as a low-carb breakfast treat filled with nut butter and sugar-free jam, or as a lunchtime snack with soup or your favourite filling.

 

 
 

Preheat the oven to 175ºc degrees.

Mix the bread mix with the water, cream cheese and Sukrin Granulated.

 
 

Divide the dough into 8 portions and form with wet hands into rolls sprinkled with poppy seeds.

Place rolls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake for about 45 minutes.
