Sukrin Low-Carb Pizza - dairy, egg, yeast, sugar, gluten and wheat free with Sukrin Chia & Hemp Bread Mix
Easy to make, delicious gluten-free pizzas. Here we have spread our pizzas with tomato pesto, topped with a mix of chopped fresh tomatoes, finely diced onions and fresh thyme: a little grated parmesan, some torn fresh mozzarella and some Parma ham finishes the whole thing nicely. But of course, you can add whatever you fancy. Great for kids to make!
Heat the oven to 200ºc.
Mix up as directed and divide into 3 or 4. Shape each piece into a pizza shape on a baking sheet covered with baking paper, and bake for about 10 minutes in the oven until starting to brown.
Take out of the oven, top with your favourite gluten free ingredients, and put back in the oven to cook,about 10 more minutes.
Repeat with the remaining pizzas.
