Sukrin Low-carb Savoury muffins, egg, yeast, sugar, gluten and wheat free with Sukrin Bread Mix
To our Free-From Bread mix, simply add a couple of well flavoured ingredients, and bake. Our bread mix is transformed into an amazing savoury muffin mix!!! You could add any extras you wish: blue cheese and ham, basil, pine nut and olive and cheddar & spring onion all make great flavours. As with all muffins, for best results, don´t over-mix.
Preheat oven to 200ºc degrees. Chop the tomatoes and feta into small pieces.
Put into a bowl with the water, Parmesan, oregano and 1 1/2 tblsp of the oil from the tomatoes. Pour in the bread mix and stir to combine.
Place 6 large cupcake cases into a muffin pan. Divide between the muffin pans and bake for approximately 20-25 minutes.
Sprinkle with a little more Parmesan to serve.

• 85g sun-dried tomatoes in oil
