Sukrin Low-carb Tortilla Wraps dairy, egg, yeast, sugar, gluten and wheat free with Sukrin Bread Mix
Free-From wraps, easy to make and delicious to eat! These gorgeous wraps are wonderful warm as part of a Mexican feast or delicious cold filled with your favourite ingredients. They can even be used as a quick low carb pizza base too! Wrapped well, they freeze brilliantly (with parchment paper in between each wrap), simply defrost for a few minutes or bring back to life in the oven. Ariba!
Preheat the oven to 200ºc.
Mix the bread mix with the water. Divide the dough into 5, and roll into tennis ball shapes with wet hands.
Brush a large sheet of baking paper with a little oil, place the ball onto the paper and place another piece of oiled paper on top. Gently press down with a rolling pin and carefully roll the dough into a circle shape, as flat as possible.
Remove the top paper, slide on to a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 mins while you prepare the next one.
