Sukrin Low-Fat Houmous, gluten and dairy-free with Sukrin Sesame Flour.

Sukrin Sesame Flour is a fantastic alternative to tahini in houmous. Enjoy all the flavour and creaminess of full-fat houmous with less than half the fat. In this great recipe we haven't added too much oil, just enough to make it rich and delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained

  • 30g Sukrin Sesame Flour

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

  • 1 tblsp water

  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin olive oil or
    avocado oil

  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1 clove garlic, crushed

  • Sea salt to taste


Instructions:

  • Simply whizz all ingredients in a small food blender, or grind everything together in a large pestle and mortar for a chunkier houmous.
  • Add more or less of any of the flavours to your taste.
