Vibrant and zingy, this gorgeous, juicy smoothie is not only delicious, it packs a protein punch from the Sesame Flour, and gives a great filling fibre boost from the pear and raspberry.
Prep time: 5 min. Yield: 1 serving
- 1 pear, peeled
- 100g frozen raspberries
- 1 tsp chia seeds or milled chia
- 3 tsp Sukrin Sesame Flour
- 150ml cloudy apple juice
- 1 tsp Sukrin Gold
- Simply whizz all together in a blender and serve immediately.
