Sukrin High Protein Green Smoothie, low fat with Sukrin Peanut Flour and Sukrin Gold

A healthy way to get your daily greens, with added protein and flavour from Sukrin Peanut Flour and yoghurt.

Yield: 1 servings


  • 2 bananas

  • 250ml almond milk

  • 3 heaped tsp Sukrin Peanut Flour

  • 50g Greek Yoghurt

  • 1-2 tsp greens powder or a large
    handful of baby spinach

  • 1-2 tsp Sukrin Gold

  • pinch cinnamon


  • Simply whizz all of the the ingredients together with some ice in a blender and serve!
