Sukrin High-Protein Blueberry and Mango Smoothie, low fat with Sukrin Almond Flour and Sukrin Gold

A creamy, refreshing and filling smoothie, with almond flour, which adds a delicate flavour and a helping of protein. Using frozen fruit means there is no need for ice.



Prep time: 5 min. Yield: 1 serving

Ingredients

  • 100g frozen blueberries

  • 100g frozen mango chunks

  • 3 heaped tsp Sukrin Almond Flour

  • 3 tblsp Greek Yoghurt (or coconut yoghurt for dairy free)

  • 150ml almond milk

  • 1-3 tsp Sukrin Gold to taste


Instructions:

  • Simply whizz all of the ingredients together and serve at once.
