Sukrin High Fibre Papaya and Coconut Smoothie, dairy-free with Sukrin Coconut Flour

This delicious tropical flavoured smoothie is packed with healthy coconut in all its forms - a touch of coconut milk, a splash of coconut water, some coconut oil to add nutrients, healthy fats and some of our delicious coconut flour for fibre and flavour. Wow!

Prep time: 5 min. Yield: 1 serving


  • 1 ripe papaya, peeled, deseeded and chopped
    into rough chunks

  • 100ml coconut water (or mineral water)

  • 50ml coconut milk (from a can or carton)

  • 2 heaped tsp Sukrin Coconut flour

  • 1 tsp Sukrin Gold

  • 1 tsp coconut oil (optional)


  • Simply whizz all of the ingredients together with some ice in a blender and serve at once, adding a little extra water or coconut water if it´s too thick.
