Low calorie, low carb and delicious, this refreshing smoothie is equally as good made with frozen cherries, providing you with a healthy, protein filled start to the day.



Prep time: 5 min. Yield: 1 serving

Ingredients

  • 140g cherries, pitted, or 100g frozen cherries

  • 2 heaped tsp almond flour

  • 150ml almond milk

  • 2 tsp Sukrin Gold

  • 2 tblsp Coconut Yoghurt


Instructions:

  • Simply whizz all of the the ingredients together with some ice in a blender and serve at once.
