Peach and Strawberry Smoothie with Sukrin Coconut Flour

The added coconut flour makes this smoothie thick and wholesome, the perfect fibre packed choice for breakfast on the go.

Prep time: 5 min. Yield: 1 serving


  • 1 peach

  • 1 cup strawberries

  • 150ml coconut milk from a carton (or from a tin
    if you like, this will add more fat and calories)

  • 2 tsp Sukrin Coconut Flour

  • 1 tsp Sukrin Gold


  • Blend all with ice.
  • Allow to sit for a few minutes to allow the coconut flour to swell and thicken your shake.
  • Enjoy.
