Sukrin Sugar & Gluten-Free Chocolate Brownies with Sukrin Gold

Delicious warm or cold, on its own or served with ice cream. This sugar-free brownie is lower in carbs and higher in fibre than regular brownies thanks to Sukrin Organic Coconut Flour and all-natural Sukrin Gold. Great for lunch boxes and when you simply 'need something sweet'! Sukrin Gold is a wonderfully natural, zero calorie brown sugar alternative that can be used in your favourite baking recipes and desserts. 

 

Instructions:

  • Oven GM4/350F/180c
     

  • Blend the sweet potato with the coconut oil whilst still warm, then add the remaining ingredients. Fold in the walnuts if using.
     

  • Pour into a greased 20cm square cake tin and top with the chocolate broken into squares.
     

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until the mixture starts to set. Cool for 30 minutes before cutting into squares and serving.

 

Ingredients

30g Sukrin Organic Coconut Flour
60g Sukrin Organic Almond Flour
1 large Sweet potato, baked and flesh removed
100g Sukrin Gold
50g cocoa powder
50g melted butter or coconut oil
3 eggs room temp
1 tsp vanilla extract
40g Sukrin Sugar-Free Milk Chocolate (to top with)

Optional - chopped walnuts
