Sukrin Gluten-Free Banana Bread. High protein and no added sugar with Sukrin Organic Almond flour and Sukrin Gold.

Enjoy this protein packed bread as a tasty start to the day, or take a slice to work or school for a filling and healthy snack. Just as delicious as regular Banana Bread, but free from wheat and gluten. Use Sukrin Gold instead of brown sugar to lower carbs by 70%, and reduce calories too.

 

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 170C/340F.

  • Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients. Fold in optional ingredients. Pour into a greased medium loaf pan.

  • Bake for 55 mins until a skewer inserted comes out clean. Allow to cool.

 

Ingredients

180g Sukrin Organic Almond Flour
4 eggs
60ml coconut oil (melted and cooled)
135g Sukrin Gold (or brown sugar)
3 medium bananas, mashed
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
Walnuts, chopped chocolate (optional)
