Sukrin Coconut Bread, low carb and gluten-free with Sukrin Organic Coconut Flour
This bread makes a lovely hearty loaf, much like cornbread, and is delicious with added dried fruit or dessicated coconut. Enjoy as it is or toasted, with sweet or savoury toppings. A great way of adding extra fibre to your diet! And of course, it's free from gluten and very low in carbohydrates.
Combine the wet ingredients in one bowl and the dry ingredients in another, then mix together.
Place mix in a small greased loaf tin (22.5cm x 12.5cm x 7.5cm) and bake for 40 mins at 350F/180c/GM4.
