Low-Carb, Sugar-Free Pancakes with Sukrin Organic Almond Flour
Make these simple pancakes for a quick, filling and nourishing breakfast. As well as being naturally free from gluten, Sukrin Organic Almond flour offers a low-carb, high protein alternative to traditional flour. Feel free to add in mashed banana, nut milk and cook in coconut oil if you prefer. Can be made thick, American style, or into Crepes!
Mix all ingredients in a bowl with a hand blender until smooth.
Melt a little butter in a pan and cook pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
