Low Carb Hake with Sukrin Almond Flour
Our almond flour makes a great gluten-free alternative to breadcrumbs in toppings such as this. This topping works well on any fish. Very low in carbs, yet high in protein this dish is packed with flavour. We served ours with some quinoa and sauteed spinach. Delicious.
Simply mix the topping ingredients and press on to the hake fillets.
Place in a hot oven (200c) for 15-20 minutes until the fish is opaque - test by pressing with a knife, it should flake.
2 Hake Fillets, skinless
50g Mixed green and black olives, chopped, not too small
30g Sun blushed tomatoes, chopped
4 fresh basil leaves, shredded
1 tblsp Almond Flour
1 tblsp Parmesan or Pecorino cheese
