Sukrin Low-Carb Banana Cake, yeast, dairy, gluten and wheat-free with Sukrin Cake Mix
Make a delicious super moist Free-From banana cake with Sukrin Cake Mix. Add walnuts if you like, or one of our favourites, a little chopped dark chocolate, some pistachios and a teaspoon of ground cardamon. We´ve topped our cake with some Sukrin Icing mixed with water to make a healthy glace icing.
Preheat the oven to 180C and mash the bananas.
Mix the cake mix with the rest of the ingredients and whisk until the batter is smooth. Pour into a greased and lined loaf tin.
Bake for approx. 30 minutes.
Allow to cool in the tin for a few minutes before removing to a cooling rack.
