Sukrin Sugar-free Chocolate Muffins, yeast, dairy, gluten and wheat-free with Sukrin Baking Mix
Make delicious gluten-free low carb chocolate muffins with Sukrin baking mix by simply adding some cocoa powder. Why not try adding some raspberries or low carb chocolate chips? When adding cocoa to Sukrin cake mix, add a little extra water too to keep the cakes nice and moist. We have topped ours with some light buttercream using Sukrin Icing to replace most of the sugar.
Preheat the oven to 180C.
Mix the cake mix with the other ingredients and whisk until the batter is smooth. Spoon into cupcake cases.
Bake in a pre-heated oven (180C) for for 20-25mins.
Cool in the tin for 5 minutes, and remove to a wire rack to finish cooling.

• 100ml Oil
• 30g Cocoa
