Sukrin Sugar-free Cinnamon Cake, yeast, dairy and gluten-free with Sukrin Baking Mix
Add a little cinnamon to Sukrin low-carb gluten-free baking mix for a warmly spiced healthy treat. Sukrin cake mix takes spices and flavourings really well. For a spiced fruit cake, just add a little almond extract, cinnamon, nutmeg and ground cloves, some fruit and a little lemon zest. Delicious!
Preheat the oven to 180C. Grease and line a 20cm cake tin.
Mix all the ingredients with the cake mix and whisk until the batter is smooth.
Pour into cake tin and bake for approx. 30 mins.
Cool in the tin for a few minutes before removing from the tin and placing on a wire rack to cool.
