Vegan & Sugar-Free Banana Bread with Sukrin Chia Flour
Easy to make, this fabulous gluten-free and vegan banana bread is perfect for a tasty start to the day, or healthy snack. Use Surkin Chia flour as egg replacer to make this banana bread vegan. This lovely banana bread is lower in carbs and calories than regular banana bread.
180g Sukrin Almond Flour
4 tbsp Sukrin Chia Flour
12 tbsp water
350g Sukrin Gold
60ml melted coconut (oil) butter
3 medium bananas, mashed
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
Preheat the oven GM3/ 325F/ 170C.
Prepare the Chia eggs by mixing water with the Sukrin Chia Flour. Mix it well and put it in the fridge for around 10 minutes.
Combinate the other ingredients, with
the Chia eggs. Pour into a greased medium
Bake for 55 minutes until a skewer inserted
comes out clean. Allow to cool before serving.
